I feel that after doing the physical activity associated with the martial arts, I break the sedentary lifestyle, when studying or working, you are always sitting, the same when watching TV, or spending time in the computer, my body just asks for movement.
I start with a bit of yoga mobility exercises, then start warming up and stretching to get ready for training.
After training I feel that I gave my body what it was asking for. Without movement the joints get tight, also exercising helps you to relax
Moving your neck, shoulders, opening up the chest, improves posture and health.
And to finish my training session I meditate for a little bit.
So when feeling tense, when feeling anxiety, go and train and see if you feel better.
