Your business Martial Arts school is confined to the restrictions of which is allowed to be operated by law. You can have a business Martial Arts school that teachers "everything" you need to survive in combat but say you wish to add in Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, and Massage therapy. You are not allowed to share this with the masses unless you have the proper licensing. But if you teach your own family, there are no restrictions such restrictions. It's like learning from your father the ways of the street, that can never be taught to you in school. So within every business Martial Art school, there is probably a family of which you may or may not know about, and to get into that family, it may be impossible or highly unlikely as a consumer.
