Most mornings, it's still more comfortable to wear sweats up here, and in a couple months that temperature will start dipping. We get forty below in winter... not every day, but the thermometer rarely rises above zero. I'm just enjoying summer while it lastsAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03462714824823663318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2972476768782010154.post-27848046250930064282012-07-22T00:41:53.017-05:002012-07-22T00:41:53.017-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03462714824823663318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2972476768782010154.post-55967353639572070682012-07-21T22:36:39.743-05:002012-07-21T22:36:39.743-05:00Awesome background, beautiful place to train, very...Awesome background, beautiful place to train, very Zen. For the bow, get your left elbow up more, get the two elbows properly aligned with the shoulders. The only disadvantage training outdoors is that there are no mirrors, it's all based on feeling. Keep working on getting your horse stance stronger & lower. When you turn into the arrow stance, get that blocking hand above the head. Your cat stances looks pretty good. I see you got the FMK Adidas shorts! I like the situps you did upside down, I want to try that too but it hurts the back of my knees too much. Your jump roping is awesome, your fitness is good. Keep up the good work & thanks for letting us join in on your training.Sifu Freddie Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17960104415761744671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2972476768782010154.post-86868966217284573182012-07-20T16:19:20.424-05:002012-07-20T16:19:20.424-05:00Thanks, Shunyuan... will keep practicingThanks, Shunyuan... will keep practicingAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03462714824823663318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2972476768782010154.post-89129354268549838892012-07-20T08:32:15.422-05:002012-07-20T08:32:15.422-05:00nice work, at around 23min when you are practicing...nice work, at around 23min when you are practicing cat stances. Make sure your back foot is perpendicular to your front foot, (your back toes should be facing the camera) making like an L shape the weight distribution between your front and back foot should be %70 in the back %30 in the front. stay light on your fron leg so that you can snap out a front kick if you need to. keep working :)Shunyuanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00159794611446690035noreply@blogger.com
