Yes we both admired Bruce Lee and his teachings but being exposed to your Youtube channel has provided with more joy than any so Martial Art teachers has provided. Because of you, I learn a lot about myself. I realize that there was never anything wrong with me and that I needed to just be myself. Yes, anger should not be expressed publicly just like you said but at the same time, you were just playing a role of an angry person. That was just your expression. The real you is something that the public has not come across yet and may never do so. Yes, we all make mistakes but the most important thing is that you learn from those mistakes; that way you will reach your greatest version of yourself. I am still learning to be a Martial Artist from every single moment. The learning will never stop.Kanghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03225222198944464384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2972476768782010154.post-82273621828498093492015-01-19T00:55:59.306-06:002015-01-19T00:55:59.306-06:00Very nice post! I told you many times to stay positive and to keep up the good work, and you know, i knew even when you showed anger and disrespect towards such and such in the past that it was just a phase. I just hoped that you wouldn't get hurt or vice versa in this process of learning. Seeing you making those realization is a relief for me. I would've kept encouraging you and providing you with music no matter if you would've kept showing anger because i always knew that you were about something greater. That anger was just a wall, and behind this wall is great knowledge and spirit. People are quick to judge, they don't investigate enough. If so, they would've known that your are more than what you showed in those past anger type videos. They just couldn't understand that. You made it man, you a boss, a husband, a father, a teacher, a true martial artist, a fitness expert and more.

Corruption is everywhere, to shit on corruption won't make it disappear, You know what it is, it is the changes that we make in our life right now that will impact tomorrow. Peaceful solution's are the key, a little light in a room full of darkness makes a big difference. It is sad but we can't save everybody, people must have the desire to grow and then be open for teachings. I don't own any school, but i experienced this many times, some people are so stubborn, even if you give them a truth the size of the Mount Everest, they wouldn't understand or they would still deny it. Loosing countless energy trying to help stubborn corrupted people is a waste of time and energy. With people that are truly interested in becoming a greater version of themselves, it is so much easier and fun, you can just say something simple and they will get the most out of it. So once again, keep up the good work, be happy and much respect to you and your family!Steve Caissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18205605392347205255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2972476768782010154.post-68958107693931520722015-01-18T19:12:00.700-06:002015-01-18T19:12:00.700-06:00You have demonstrated intrapersonal intelligence t...You have demonstrated intrapersonal intelligence through a clear and honest self reflectional blog post. Putting the psychological viewpoint aside, it brings me warm feelings of happiness to see how much you have learnt Freddie. Since the day your YT channel was wrongfully deleted, I knew that there would be positive outcomes which were more foreseeable in the longterm. Lately you have not been bringing out quite as much content as you use to, but less is defanantly more. The quality has certainly gone up and that is partly because you are a happier person. Please forgive me because it's probably not my place, but why shouldn't you be happy? You have a wonderful family, friends over the Internet, and a Kwoon that looks very wealthy. You have worked hard to represent Martial Art through your physical training. You have developed your body to a point where not too many people have been before. In my opinion, you've got it all man! And I'm happy for you.

Here's another reason why I like FMK. Witnessing people grow in wisdom as it happens, in real time (over the cause of months or even years). Assisting each other through hard times and helping one another grow from our experiences. It's a great community to be involved in.

I've been enjoying your strength and flexibility videos Freddie. Would you possibly be able to make a Martial Arts cardio endurance video?
