Thanks for the tip....It would help me a great deal. Thanks for the tip. I am looking forward to see other videos from you again. I want to create a video on my fitness standards too for this year but it's going to take some time since my abs aren't that strong. I need to work on them more. My chest are not the strongest either. There is one that says "Link" and is underlined. Look to the right of that, 2 over, there is one that says "Insert a video." Click on that, and then find your video that you want to post.
Hope that helps.

Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01600833461712128174noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2972476768782010154.post-30037456372321721812013-02-08T14:48:50.215-06:002013-02-08T14:48:50.215-06:00Nice videos. Like Shi zu said, go lower on the dips until your arms are parallel to the floor and also go all the way down with your chin ups. I have a question now... how do you post the embedded version of the videos on the blog so Shi zu does not have to do it for me? The chin ups, go full range and see how many reps you can do, go just a little lower. The dips, go a bit lower until the arms are parallel to the ground. The knee raises look good, the L-raises, try not to swing much and go a bit slower. Keep up the good work!Sifu Freddie Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17960104415761744671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2972476768782010154.post-34743780459470945452013-02-07T22:14:05.809-06:002013-02-07T22:14:05.809-06:00Thanks. I'm not sure how long it will take me to get all of the rest done and posted. I've been working a lot every day for the last 13 days now, so I'm slacking a little bit right now.
That was the first song that I had clicked on. When you're done demonstrating all the exercises, I can combine them into a single video for the FMK YouTube Channel, or we can put them up separately, whatever you prefer. Looking good though. The music for the dips was great! LolAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03462714824823663318noreply@blogger.com
