I always thought Bodhisattva referred to someone who could be enlightened and free of rebirth, but chose instead to stick around and help others reach nirvana. My own perspective is that any yearning to leave this reality is misinformed. To me, a Bopdhisattva is more likely the real Buddha, because they recognize this truth

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this Doctor. It is true: self-teaching is possible. That is the reason why I am training online with Sifu Freddie Lee. As he is guiding me, I am guiding myself. I am having a greater understanding of the Martial Arts thanks to my desire to teach myself.
