Todai Ling Fitness test

Dear all,
After 3 attempts to upload videos of my fitness test, I decided to only publish the result here. We will see if I can prove my results with a YouTube video (direct link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NJguxC0000. For some reason, upload stops at some moment. If you ever had a similar problem, please let me know how I can solve it. I did not do the one arm push up, as it causes me a lot of pain, resulting from an elbow injury. If Shi Zu can give a replacement exercise until I fully recover, it would be great. As for the push up exercise, I could have done more, but for some reason believed that I had done 53 ^^
Here are my stats for the last test on September, 9th :

    We're about the same height & weight. Your stats are looking pretty good. I don't know what is going on with your upload problem but I suggest to open up a new account & try it with that. I say to concentrate your energies on healing the elbow so that eventually you will be able to perform the 1 arm pushup. It is important that we do not ignore the parts of our bodies that need to be healed, the fitness testing requirements remind us to keep the whole body fit & healthy so that we can maintain these standards for a lifetime. I recommend the woodlock oil to heal the elbow.

    1. Dear Shi Zu, thank you very much for your recommandations.
      I keep the video for now and was planning to open a new account under the name "Todai Ling". I will make a new fitness test each month to measure progress so... I will try to find the woodlock oil here in France.
      I'll be writing to yuo next week also.

    2. Hello family,its good to see the progress. Congrates on the fitness test. I am looking at the info you made available. I plan on taking a test by the end of the year Sifu. I plan to work hard to be a bettter artist everday and to bring honor on our school. I want to be able to test by the end of the year on what I have been doing. I am sending you something in the mail as well Sifu.

    3. I'm glad to see you on here. I know that for online Todai's it is difficult without the direct contact but communication is important & this blog helps with that. I look forward to seeing your video demonstrating your current level of fitness.
