How do you like to train?

Today i took my bike and went to my cousin's appartment. We trained toguether, it was cool, tough and different from what i usually do. It made me remember how training is large. Training is not one thing, it's big, there is so many effective ways to get in shape and healthy, it's very nice. Since it's something i really enjoy, i quite find it difficult to understand that some will prefer to be unactive physically. And training is so cool, you can feel the rush of blood and adrenaline, you really feel alive. Why training 6 months and stop? Why putting in hard efforts and then after two years stop? Two years of training is nothing, 5 years of training is nothing, talk to me about a strong, 20 and 30 plus years of hardcore workout and it's still nothing because it's not a question of how long, it's until your hearth can't beat no more, until your bones colapses, until you so sick that you can't even move a finger, it's forever until your body gives up. If you can't control your body to get in shape and healthy, how can you even control yourself in tough situations? We can search in the oustide all we want for that motivation, but motivation will forever truly remain inside. Any days is good to start and no days are good to stop. So all i'm saying is even if you hate it, you can find an interesting way to train that fits your interest nomatter what. Keep on training!! Peace!

    1. I felt the same way too. I was training but not as as I used. The reason I have been in too much BBQs. Lol. I gained a couple of pounds. That's not good. That is why I had to listen to the voice inside saying: "you better get back to where you and even better." It's all in you after all.

    2. I agree. It's like a drug, but a good addiction. I can't imagine going a week without training. In my mind if I miss more than 2 days, it's like I gained 10lbs and who would want that!
