This is what i use for iron palm so far no injuries i take it slow listening to my body so i dont over do it and i can tell the training is paying off i only do iron training once a week and breaking boards are so much eaiser now
ok. Now I can see it, and how do you do iron palm training, i've never done it before. Can you post a link? or make a video demonstrating it? I need to start training my plams
Yea i figured it out ,anyhow i couldnt find a bag to use so ive been using these zipper bags from Wal-Mart for like 2bucks they seem to be holding up good and the gravel was like 5dollars
I tried to post a pic if its not there i use aqua gravel natural not painted ;)
