I usually walk 2 miles to work a day well i was off for two days so i decided to train really hard. I stretched, squats, kicked the heavy bag damn I'm feeling it today walking to work. Note to self dont train so much give your body time to heal.
sometimes i am tired i wait for about 2 min then get back to it
