Nice video. Your bow looks better. Keep the feet together, touching, minor details like that matter. I like the background decorations. Keep working on the squats, try to get lower with each rep, if it starts hurting your kneecaps, let me know, but aim to get full range as long as it does not cause pain to the joints, as you get more fit it will be easier.
