I find your martial arts history quite interesting, some of the form/system names i do not recognize, but i look forward to learning more about them :) I agree with you that martial arts is good for the body and great, in the end, for society as a whole. i feel like if more people knew it and trained in a martial arts form there would be a greater respect overall for each person.
