So
this is pretty much an average morning workout for me. Although I make sure to
skip rope every other day, and the minimal stretching routine every day, for
the rest of it I’m constantly switching up with different stuff to keep it
interesting, and I try to get something completely spontaneous in there... this
morning’s spontaneous element was the pull-ups from the bridge, where my
fingers were just flat on the rail board, and couldn’t actually grip. Also, I
find that my stretching feels better if I do it after the main calisthenics. I
usually save the combat techniques practice, or katas, or drills, or what have
you for the end, almost as a cool-down
That is a truly wonderful video.
