Training is Awesome

Playing with Chain Sticks is just fun, I would much rather do that than ground fighting, you don't have to worry at all about getting cauliflower ears or ringworm when you play with Chain Sticks.


If you think you can take pain, rather than have someone bashing you in the face, see if you can sit against the wall and have two people push your feet till each foot touches the wall, this is a peaceful way of demonstrating pain tolerance.


Sure I know you can beat people up, who can't? But how many pull ups can you do? If you can do over 55, you will impress me.
