Fitness for rank update

Update on Fitness for rank. Pull ups or Chin ups have increased for the men & a new exercise has been added, called "vertical jump." I will post a video on how to measure your vertical jump. This will be effective for all future testing from this day forward.  Check this link for requirements.

  1. What a pity ! I have just finished shooting my fitness test for this week, but did not incorporate vertical jumps. That is great idea though, and I do have a few exercises to help jump higher that I will share with the kwoon in the next posts.
    I see that requirements are getting more and more complete, towards overall fitness, which is great !

  2. If you already got it recorded, don't worry about it. Just submit what you have, but keep it in mind in the future.
