Baseline Fitness

It's about time for me to start my fitness testing.  Here are the first couple of videos. It will be a lot of short videos because I don't think I can combine them into one.
I haven't gotten to practice these ones very much because it has been too cold to drag my kids to the park. The video with the dips has the funny music because my baby was crying.

  1. So far, very good. I saw your horse stance video as well, and that was a nice hold. When you're done demonstrating all the exercises, I can combine them into a single video for the FMK YouTube Channel, or we can put them up separately, whatever you prefer. Looking good though. The music for the dips was great! Lol

    1. Thanks. I wasn't sure about my horse stance hold. I didn't know if my toes were pointed out too much. I'm not sure how long it will take me to get all of the rest done and posted. I've been working a lot every day for the last 13 days now, so I'm slacking a little bit right now.
That was the first song that I had clicked on. I figured everybody wouldn't want to hear my baby screaming.

  2. Great videos, it's nice to see you working out at the park. The chin ups, go full range and see how many reps you can do, go just a little lower. The dips, go a bit lower until the arms are parallel to the ground. The knee raises look good, the L-raises, try not to swing much and go a bit slower. Keep up the good work!

    1. I'll keep working on it! I hope that your baby is doing better.

  3. Nice videos. Your abs seem to be a lot stronger than mine! Like Shi zu said, go lower on the dips until your arms are parallel to the floor and also go all the way down with your chin ups. I have a question now... how do you post the embedded version of the videos on the blog so Shi zu does not have to do it for me?

    1. Thanks. My abs are stronger than my arms. I'll have to practice more.

When you go to make your blog post, look at the icons on the top. There is one that says "Link" and is underlined. Look to the right of that, 2 over, there is one that says "Insert a video." Click on that, and then find your video that you want to post.
      Hope that helps.

    2. It would help me a great deal. Thanks for the tip. I am looking forward to see other videos from you again. I want to create a video on my fitness standards too for this year but it's going to take some time since my abs aren't that strong. I need to work on them more. My chest are not the strongest either.
