Update on benchpress

My personal best on the bench now is one rep of 160lbs and 19 reps of 100lbs

  1. The Bench Press, Barbell Squat, and Pull Ups are the foundational exercises for the entire body development. I see that all Martial Artists need to be proficient in all these exercises in addition to everything else!
