The form on your pushups has gotten a lot better, keep up the good work. Aim to go lower when you train, when you test, you can go faster & do your best to get full range.
Thank you all I was really doing here was trying to see if I could still get the 40 under a minute. When I train I still use the pushup thing that I have. It has realy helped a lot on my form and depth of motion. Still not there yet but as long as improvements are made I'm happy!
