  1. Great form on the dips, that's what I'm talking about. I'd rather see 2 of those than 10 of the half dips.

  2. Thank you much Shi Zu! I have been working very hard on this and while I'm still not were I want to be the improvements are there and working as further motivation. I'm proud of the progress I have made but it's just the start. One day I will be fit!
