  2. I think this was about the 90th attempt at making his video. He can easily talk in front of 100 people at work, but put him in front of a camera and it's not so easy! I think we both have to work on that. It didn't help that whenever he was doing great, someone would start laughing or give him bunny ears. :)

    1. the training has already started, my wife has been working with me on the horse stance, I use to be able to keep it for a few minutes years ago but apparently now my goal is to be able to hold it for at least 1 min. Plan on testing this out tonight.

  5. Nice to meet you Todai Fai!

Wow, working full-time & being a master's student!? oh boy, my bf Sidai Wei is on the same boat, and I can already imagine how stressful it can be. It's great that you decided to join FMK with your wife. It'll definitely bring you both closer (as I say that with experience) and give you a balance in meditation/ focus in health, aside from having a busy life. What are you majoring in?

Look forward to more videos to come!

    1. I am majoring in network communications. I have been working with computers since I got my first apple 2gs when I was somehwere around 6. I have always enjoyed computers and I have always enjoyed building things, this combines both of my hobbies and has already led to some pretty good career advancments. My wife finds it frusterating that I feel compeled to hook everything in my house up to something else, to me its a matter of convienece to her its more of "why are you drilling more holes in the wall."
