Hello

I know it has been awhile since I have posted anything.  I'll bet you have all forgotten who I am by now!  I will be returning very soon.  My husband is also applying.  If he can survive the interview proccess with Todai Ryan, he will be joining us in our training.

  1. No I have not forgotten about you. Gosh, where were you?? Why your videos are private now? Is everything okay?

    1. I also look forward to your husband's acceptance. I cannot wait to meet him! The fact that he chose to apply to the school proves that he wants to strengthen your marriage. He had made the right decision.

    2. My videos are supposed to go back to being public this weekend. I was training in secret so I could pop back up and break all of your box-kicking records!

I haven't gotten to see your videos yet, but I saw that you had posted some on here. That's great that you are making videos again! Hopefully I'll get another one made today.

    3. Yep. I finally got to make videos again. I am close to being certified in the Red Fitness. I can do the one arm push ups, dips, squats, the kick holds and reps, jump rope. I can go down to the splits as much as 12 inches and do the bent over reach with my head touching the knees. However, I need to work on my push ups, abs, power twister, bicep curls half my weight and military press my own weight. Wait... I am still not close to getting certified am I?

    4. Sounds like you're getting there! Since you go to a gym, I'm sure you can get the weights ones eventually. I don't have any idea how much weight I can bench press or squat. I would really like to go to a gym sometime and try. I also have never used a power twister.
Are you working on the push up challenge? It did increase the number of push ups that I can do. It's slow progression, but it's better than no progression. I've slowed down on it recently, but I plan on making another video for it today. I also want to work on the leg challenge too.

  2. I haven't forgotten about you! I was about to say this blog gets boring without the whole online Todai crew on here. I wish the diciples in the kwoon were just as active! Glad you're back & look forward to meeting your husband! Couples joining FMK together, definetly make the relationship closer & stronger on so many levels!

    Take Care.

    1. Since there aren't many of us on here, it is definitely better when we are all participating. I love FMK and am glad that I'm back.
I think it will be good training with my husband. It seems with kids and work and everything, that we have been living separate lives, and it's good that we can do something together. He's lucky I didn't chose ballet and try to get him to join me in that!

  3. Hello, this is lain's husband, I was hoping to get to this a little sooner but we have had a small issue with our basement flooding during the last storm to roll through. I was hoping my wife would allow me to throw a few bass down there so I did not have to travel so far to go fishing but apparently having hot water (the water-heater is in the basement) is the priority. So as soon as we are up and running I will be making my introduction video to say hello to everyone and put a face to the new guy. I look forward getting acquainted with everyone.

    1. Hi. I am Todai Kang. It's a pleasure to hear that you are accepted in FMK. I can assure that you have made the right choice. I am sorry about what the storm did to you guys. You can make your introduction video whenever you are ready.

  4. It's great to have you back, it's not the same without you here. You, Kang, and Todai Ryan are really keeping this online training alive & now you have gotten your Todai Fai involved which is great! I am really looking forward to having you both become more active on this blog and in sharing videos.

    1. Thanks. I have missed posting videos and keeping up on everything. It should be fun training with my husband. I think my daughter also will really love having us do something together as a whole family. She was exercising and trying to show Ryan her horse stance when Fai was having his interview.
