THIS IS LIKE THIRTY DAYS AFTER PROTEIN CONSUMPTION
AT 1 GRAM PER POUND OF BODY WEIGHT
FAT LEVELS DECREASING AND
I'M EXPECTING FOR DEFINED RESULTS
MY BODY WEIGHT IS 165 POUNDS AT 59 THIS YEAR
I'm eager to see the Results in 9 more months!
I to was afraid of high levels of proteins with all the pros and cons
opinionated but I found my place in it, Which One Applies to me and  where I Belong

Were I in Chicago
I'd be eating at Jenny's Healthy Food restaurant
as additional supplements

STAY ACTIVE MY FRIENDS
Eat and Drink Healthy.

HELLO!
Sifu Freddie Lee and
All Todais

Ignore any thing less because it is for the couch potatoes.
Lower quantities are valid for the sedentary practitioners
Many results exist but they are for those who fit the activity levels
proportionally suited for them so don't choose to fit in the crowd
confused by the diversity of many ratios;
simply recognize your level of activity and apply it to your self.
Do the Research to recognize where only you belong.
When you are active, your quantities are higher.
The quantities applicable is for the daily trainers and practitioners
determine to build muscles mass, flexibility, and range from 1 through 2
grams of protein per body weight.

don't waste your energy arguing; the research has been done and is their
for the taking like fruits in a garden from many trees.
Know how to use the available information and which applies to you;
don't do like those who feel they need to debate simply because it's
on the spur of the moment without any intensive engagement on their part.
LEARN and possess knowledge, experience and visibly observed results
which you've dedicated many years of time doing so.
When you've wasted previous years on junked and self destructive activities and
habits, you are in no position to claim instant knowledge and rebuttal power.
So Go For It.
Be True to yourself by recognizing how active or sedentary you are.
Are You a 5 min-30 min?
Are You a 1 hour to 3 hours?
Are 4 to 6 hours?
Are You a 12 hour training person?
Choose you quantities
Because not choosing is also
You've already Chosen.
EXPECT THOSE RESULTS!

AND REMEMBER, Sifu Freddie Lee is off the hourly chart
so I see.

A TID BIT OF KNOWLEDGE THAT IS WORKING FOR ME.

  1. A Note: Protein is essential in muscle repair and growth which results from heavy weight or rapid light weight movement or stretching motions tearing away at the tissue matrix levels and in all these muscle growth is acquired through protein availability. The More workout and stretching the more protein needed due to use and quicker results become visible.
So, Wear and tear those muscles through exercise so protein need arises and because you are assuring the quantity for repair is there and available.

  2. what kind of protein are you consuming? Ive found that all animal fat usually leads to inflamation and illnesses if taken too often, be it in milk, cheese and meat. I need more protein in my diet, but i dont want the harmful side effects from meat or soy or whey.. any suggestions??
    thanks DR.

  3. The Only Suggestion I have Right Now In Addition to What I've Described....IS REBEL AGAINST WHAT YOU KNOW and Go to Wal-Mart and buy "Genuine Muscles Milk 32 grams Lactose free CytoSport" and buy a hand held protein shaker with a spring coil inside.
Read the instruction and calculate how many servings in the day equal your body weight in protein. And get heavy on your stretching and weights workout up to 3 hours and increase the time weekly.

REBEL! I SAY AND FIND YOUR QUANTITY.
THE POISON DIDN'T KILL YOU, PREVIOUS NEGLIGENT PRACTICES AND HABITS DIDN'T EITHER SO REPAIRING WON'T AND .......THIS WON'T
FIND WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU BY OBSERVING THE PHYSICAL RESULTS.
YOUR BODY WILL TELL ON YOU.

  5. OH YEAH, AND EAT MORE OFTEN AT JENNY'S RESTAURANT OF THE HEALTHY DIETS AND MEALS OFFERED THERE.
DO BOTH FOOD AND PROTEIN QUANTITY MATCHING YOUR BODY WEIGHT.
PROTEIN DIGESTION CAUSES BURNING CALORIES JUST TO DIGEST AND SO THE PROCESS BEGINS.

  7. You are looking buff and fit, and I'm sure my brother, who is a professional body-builder and sponsored 'athlete' for certain nutrition companies, would agree with the methodology you're advocating. And I suppose there is an art in the science, in the calculating of proteins and energies expended versus consumed, etc. The weighing and measuring of fuels being consciously fed to the body. Yet I am of the mind to wonder... in over more than a million years of presence in our natural world, how did we human beings ever maintain optimum health without the extremely recent advent factory-produced supplements? I would certainly not deny the science you point toward, but I'm interested in nurturing my body as naturally and intuitively as possible

  9. Professor Your undeniably right!
We maintained optimum health because we were in a survival mode and periodic states of emergency and we worked hard and we did not contaminate to the extent we do so today.
Further, no TV, no nintendo, no supermarket, no lazy inducing luxuries. World of a difference and reality.
Now we are so accustomed to the toxins and we don't even know until someone tells us, that were someone to arbitrarily give info about something, we end up doing harm to our already addicted body by attempting to remove it. But lo and behold it's too late, a historically long development for addiction can not be changed by one individuals life-span.
So we have to work with the lessor evil of the two and make the best individual progress with what we have available in the already moving unstoppable tonnages of mass the train has been coursing with through the forward motion govern by Entropy.
Futile attempts are being made to reverse the damage we've done to all our sources on a scale of History size. So only individual applications to what is best for us can strengthen what remains. Yes, Professor you're right I think on that Often; and that's why we're collecting poisons from all we've eaten; so we become aware with some degree of fear.
However, can't STOP the Historical Train so I'll do something my biology can effectively put up a fight with as I ride along with everybody else for as long as i live.
Hopefully no one lets these real fears stop them from initiating their own INDIVIDUAL fight as they ride along until their genetically programed time to stop. We all get off at our own stations along the way.
    I REPEAT YOU ARE RIGHT!!!!

  10. I've been using protein for years post workout, it's effective, it's quick and i didn't receive any bad effect yet. BUT, it's better for someone to get real food post workout, i just take protein as a personal choice but i know that the guy next to me that eats natural high protein food post workout is getting a better source. Protein shakes are just the fastest and easiest way to get a high source of protein before or after a workout but it ain't neccessarily better than real food. But using protein is no big deal, it's nothing, what you uses next might be to question. But if your argument for not taking protein is 'It's not natural', remember that most of the food you get today is transformed or treated anyway. And you can eat less meat by consuming protein, at the end of the day, don't get too confused about it, you like protein shakes or not, end of the line. Consuming protein shakes or not won't change your training habit, you train hard or you don't. That's my view on it (for now). Have a nice day people!

    2. CORRECTEED-
ANALOGY: WE ALL FEAR THE IDEA OF HELL.
BUT WE FAIL TO REALIZE THAT BECAUSE WE ARE BORN INTO A HELL ALREADY BY MANY BEFORE US, WE CAN'T SEE IT AS HELL BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE THAT TRAUMATIC CHANGE THAT OCCURS WHEN GOING FROM HEAVEN TO HELL. SOMEONE HAS TO POINT OUT HEAVEN TO US AND IT IS MET WITH SKEPTICISM. THE POISONING AND UNHEALTHY FOOD PRACTICES THROUGHOUT HISTORY ARE LIKE THAT.
THOSE WHO LISTEN ABOUT GOOD HEALTHY PRACTICES ARE PEOPLE WHO MAKE A HEAVEN FOR THEMSELVES IN HELL.
WE MUST MAKE HEALTH A FLAME BURNING WITHIN US IN THE MIDST OF THE HELL WE ARE IN AND SURROUNDED BY.
WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO ACCEPT THE IRREVERSIBLE HUMAN CONDITION AND ITS GOOD AND BAD BYPRODUCTS AND APPLY THE GOOD TO OUR SELF, EVEN WHEN ONLY TO OUR SELF.
A RELIGIOUS TONE BUT POINTING TO THE PREVIOUS TOPIC.
      THANKS PROFESSOR FOR NOTICING ME.

    4. I guess 'hell' to me would be that isolation endemic to the mainstream culture, separating people - in so many ways - from the natural world we were born to be integral with. And key to our relationality with that world is food: what we eat, and how we feed others. When I look around, I see that although we have become seasonless gluttons, with a seemingly endless supply of whatever foods we want, available at any time, we are also ironically experiencing a strange sort of famine... because all these foods made available to us, where do they come from? They are brought, at huge economic and ecological expense, from all curves of the Earth, to grace the shelves and platters of our grocery stores and restaurants. Although we're animals like any other, we somehow have forgotten how to subsist in our place. And, as you point out, perhaps the majority don't even mind this condition, because they don't truly understand what they've lost. To me, the key to health is more than what we eat, and more than appreciating the nutritional science of food as fuel (the machine metaphor for the body). I believe that our true health can only be nurtured by focusing on the entire relational system in which that food/energy is exchanged. What we've been habitually consuming are indeed poisons, both chemically and socio-ecologically. I resist going the route of supplements in large part because it strikes me as the epitome of that relational separation, to ingest compounds that can only be brewed in laboratories. I worry what results the habitual consumption of such nourishment might have on the constitution of our bodies. It's like the water analogy. Every other animal I know can drink the untreated river water... but not us. If we drink this water, chances are very high that our bodies will respond in the most unpleasant of ways, and this because through lifetimes of drinking carefully cleansed and chemically treated waters, we've weakened ourselves. Our inner microbial communities are out of synch with the life system we're imbedded in. We've bred them that way, inadvertently. And might we do the very same if we begin to feed regularly on the products of laboratories, rather than whole meats, and fruits, and vegetables, and the like, no matter how admittedly tainted the latter have become?

  12. YOU SEE YOU'RE RIGHT AGAIN AND IT'S A LOT WORST THAN ANY ONE OF US OR COLLECTIVELY, CAN DESCRIBE. IMAGINE THAT! IN OUR ABUNDANCE, WE EXPERIENCE SCARCITY: IN OUR GLUTTONY WE ARE STARVING. YES. IT IS FAR MORE HORRIBLE THAN ALL THE ANGLES WE CAN CHOOSE TO DESCRIBE WITH EVEN AFTER EXHAUSTING ALL THE PERSPECTIVES DESCRIBING IT. AND I DOUBT THAT WE CAN EVER RUN OUT OF DESCRIPTIONS FOR IT.

PROFESSOR RYAN THANK YOU FOR THE MOUNTAINOUS VIEW OF YOUR DESCRIPTION. LETS BOTH NOT GO UP TOO HIGH...FROST BITE GETS WORST UP THERE. OTHERS WILL WILL SUFFER FROM OXYGEN DEPRIVATION UPON READING US.
