Thanks for sharing! I met an old friend of my father who is in his sixties last year who had to deal with hernia. He has one on his lower abs section on the right side, he's been lifting for years and he figured a way out to be able to train, of course things like that is kinda depressing when you really like lifting and you don't want to lose all your gains. But keep in track like you said in your video with your doctor and make adjustments in your workout routine. Keep your head up! You seem alright about it but keep your head up anyway and stay positive!
Great to see you on here! Thanks for sharing
You better be focusing on the road!!!Don't worry, we'll figure out a way for you to train. You're a very strong person & I know you'll do just fine. :) Until then, can't wait till you train with me again! miss you!
Hernias suck! Glad to hear you're okay. I had something similar mishap a week ago, almost broke my arm. It's in a cast now, but recovery time is minimal and I can get back to Kung fu toronto training. Rock on dude!
I am sorry to hear about your hernia. I am sure you can still keep your rank despite of the hernia. Do not give up.
