Here is a form I developed for meditation and Chi building exercise, a minimum of 22 movements but I chisel new ones in as I go. I perform the kata dozens of times per day, the passion I have to morph and improve it grows all the time. Maybe in a few years I'll have my own 50 or 60 move form. This form is intended to be a balanced mix of hard and soft techniques. Let me know if you have any constructive criticism!
