I finally did benchpress today my max 1 rep was 155lb my brother laughed at me but we all got to start somewhere right

My usual max set reps. 35 pushups 65 setups 23 pull ups 15 chin ups 120lbs bench 10 reps.when i work out i almost never count i just exercise till it hurts and im exhausted

I watched a couple of people doing bench press online and whats up with the huge arc on the back? I've always done mine flat on the bench.
Now that you know where you are at, just put effort on working to improve it.
